How does the free trial work?+
You get every feature free for 14 days, with 10 GB of storage, 5 GB of video streaming, AI face recognition for 100 guests and a CRM for 5 projects. No credit card needed. Pick a plan whenever you're ready.
Is storage split between photos and videos?+
No. Each plan has one storage quota that you can fill with photos, videos or any mix. Video streaming to your clients has its own monthly limit.
Is my studio's data separate from other studios'?+
Yes. Every record belongs to exactly one studio, and every query is scoped to the studio you're signed into. Nothing you create is visible to another studio.
Can I control what my team can see?+
Each person gets a role, and on top of that you can grant or revoke Create, Read, Update and Delete per module for any individual — so an editor never sees finance, and a freelancer only sees their own board.
Do my clients need an account?+
No. The portal and the gallery are reachable on a private link with a PIN. Nobody your studio works with has to sign up for anything.
